Frequently Asked Questions

What wax do you use? We use soy wax - natural, sustainable, non toxic, and vegan. Our candles are less likely to trigger allergies. You can expect an even and long- lasting burn and a stronger scent throw as well.

When will I get my shipment? Packages ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing and up to 3-5 business days for shipping after processing  (not including weekends and holidays). Processing and delivery times may be longer due to high volume of orders and shipping delays. 

Do you offer local delivery and pickup orders? Unfortunately, we don’t offer local delivery and pick-up.  

How can I find my tracking number? After receiving your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking information and tracking number. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped and once package has been delivered. Also, our store has a pink live chat (on the bottom right hand corner) where you can track your order vibeandrevivecandles.com

What if I'm not sure how to order online? No worries! We can help you. Please contact us and we can guide you.

Do candles expire? No, candles may lose their color and/ or scent over time.

How can I store my candles properly at home? Store your candles in a place with a cool, dark area and temperature (below 80 °F)

When should I discard my candle? When there is 1/4” of wax left on the bottom of your candle you should discontinue use and reuse the conditioner. We would love to know what you do with your reusable jars! Tag us on Instagram @vibeandrevivecandles

What’s your return, refund, exchange policy? We don’t accept return, refund, and exchanges. All sales are final. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Are you a wholesaler? We are not at the moment but will soon! 

Do you sell in person? We only have an online store. Sometimes we join street markets in Anaheim, San Diego, Los Angeles, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, and other places in California. Where can I find discounts? Our discounts are provided through our website and newsletter. To see our discounts, you will see a discount wheel pop up once you open our website, announcement section on the top, and product sections. Our candle bundle option have discounts where you can buy candles in a bulk.  During holiday's our store will have a huge sale. If you subscribe to our newsletters you will receive special offers as well as store updates. vibeandrevivecandles.com 

Do you accept international orders? 
Yes. We are currently allowing orders from Europe and Canada.  Please contact us for any questions.

Are you still selling ArrayOfBeautybyL's Products? No.

 How long should I light a candle for? No longer than  4 hours. Let the candle cool at least 2 hours before relighting.

How can I fix a tunneled candle? Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch. Use aluminum foil and wrap it around the candle then leave an opening on top. Wait until 15mins-30mins for results.

What is the burning time for 10oz and 16oz candles?

the 10oz candle will burn for 50-60 hours, when using the candle in three hour increments 

16oz candle will burn between 60-84 hours
